Pretty sure we’re going to have to start paying rent at Kelmarsh Hall.
Laura & Dave spent the day there celebrating their marriage and we got to tell their wedding story, which was nice.
Lots of composite images this time as there were too many to choose from!
Ralf and Lola had a major role to play in the bridal prep. Like all good cats, they even remembered to get a wedding card; Dave helped.
Our groom arrived looking suitably casual and relaxed.
The father of the bride made sure Dave knew what he was in for.
More and more at weddings these days people’s faces are often replaced by iPads, even the bridal car drivers.
We’ve shot Kelmarsh a fair bit now but it’s always inspiring. Each time we try and find something special for the bridal portraits. We work creatively but quickly, the meal cannot be late! Whilst guests found their seats, our search for the light led us to venture into the beautiful vintage vinery.
The bestman had a tough act to follow.
Food downed and speeches finished, it was out to the back lawn to bask in the view and have a bash at some garden games. Alcohol always goes well with both.
Something else complimented by alcohol are guest book entries….
…. and dancing…
And the wedding photos verdict?
“These are amazing!!! We love them, they really are beautiful thank you so so much. You have captured the day perfectly and brought back a lot of happy memories!!
We are more than happy with them all.Everyone I have shown your photos to has thought they are amazing. My mum cried her eyes out and couldn’t believe how beautiful they were. She said they are the best photos she has ever seen, and she’s seen a lot of photos in her time…. “
We’ll take that 🙂
