Kelly & Chris – Wedding at The Sharnbrook Hotel

I offer you a first visit to Sharnbrook Hotel dear reader, for the wedding of Kelly and Chris.  We begin a few months before the big day with a pre-wedding shoot over in Harrington – which just happens to also be the home of the excellent Tollemache Arms (pure coincidence).

So we rocked up at the house on the morning of the big day and i knew trouble was in the air, two of ’em 😉

And so to Sharnbrook, where our hero is just hanging about looking casual.

Casual quickly looked suspiciously like nervous.

A bridesmaid’s work is never done.

A beautiful reading, expertly performed.

I managed to take it easy for a bit and ride on the coat-tails of another photographer.Admiring her handiwork.

We always give the groomsmen a list of group shots so they can help round folks up.  Of course, sometimes, they need further guidance.

After seeing this piece of fridge art earlier in the day, we were inspired to try something similar:

So, fast forward to delivering the wedding album: the happy couple were going to look at it “after dinner”, but a text message later that night revealed:

“We couldn’t wait, opened as soon as you left. Love it, thanks so much to you and Cathy.”

Another happy customer and that makes for a happy photographer 🙂
