Whilst i was floundering up and down the local pool in preparation for a triathlon, Cathy had an interesting visitor at home.
Now, it would be normal to think the worst when i came back to discover she had received: a bunch of flowers; a bottle of something fruity from Spain; a card; and a tube of Cadbury’s Mini-Eggs!
This however, was a wonderful gesture of thanks from Caroline & Rob after delivering their album at the weekend (which i’ll be blogging some pics of when i get the chance):

“Thank you very much for our wedding album… we absolutely love it and it will be visiting a lot of people soon”. I hasten to add there was a full bunch of flowers and more than 3 mini-eggs – i only ate some of those items – they’re reduced in the pic for artistic impression darling.
They have also penned a fantastic testimonial. We’ve received a number of these and we treasure them all; pressies deserve special mention though! It’s ok to eat mini-eggs before bed right? Carbohydrates are good for training… definitely…

Hi Steve, sorry to hear about your calf in the Reading Half! You never told me if you actually managed to smash your PB in the end or if you had to crawl across the finish line in agony instead! Just been having a look at your portfolio and really think you have a talent mate. I have seen some friends wedding photos that were taken by bloke that called himself a professional and they weren’t even half as good as yours! Keep up the good work! Ross
Hi Ross, thanks for your comment and kind words. As to whether i broke by PB folks, you’ll have to jump over to Ross’ post
I was going to suggest you become an official race photographer but then I realised how insulting that would have been!
Next step…running dressed as a camera to raise some money to put towards the impossible projects 100,000euro start-up cost!
